Stephen commenced his career as a civil engineer with Murray F Young & Associates and soon moved to Esanda Finance as Assistant Manager, Development Ventures. In this role he initiated and managed a diverse range of property projects with developers in South Australia. He then joined Fenwick Ennis Project Marketing as General Manager - Special Projects as a consultant and project manager. Stephen Connor Consulting was established in 1992 and changed its name to Connor Consulting in 1996. The new company, Connor Holmes Consulting, was established in 1999. |

Stephen has extensive development experience, knowledge and skill in property development matters, with a specific focus on urban development and aged care projects. He takes responsibility for delivery of services to clients including project initiation, market research and analysis, feasibility studies, project management, marketing management and negotiation. Stephen's approach to all projects is founded on commercial pragmatism and realistic assessments of market conditions. His knowledge of the development industry is exceptional, having participated in many projects in all regions of the metropolitan area. This experience combined with a diverse range of industry contacts including developers, financiers, agents and consultants provides an excellent foundation for service provision. Stephen is particularly competent with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project - valuable tools for financial modelling, investment analysis and project programming. Projects have been completed in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, India, The Philippines and Indonesia, with clients drawn from local, state and federal government, the not-for profit sector, private investors and developers and institutions. |
